My family (3 girls age 5,8,9) and my partner loved our night stay at your accommodation. The room was lovely spacious and clean. My youngest daughter actually said oh I could live here. She had her toys on the bedside table and just loved it. Beds was very comfy too! The breakfast we was very impressed with a lot of options and the staff were amazing! Full Welsh breakfast hat off to the chef.. was delicious! We will definitely be returning at some point. I’m a little sad I couldn’t get a family room for end of June as I think you’re fully booked but we will be back. Thank you!

Our room was dirty, I spoke to the front desk manager on duty who said he would pass to ‘the manager’. We went out for dinner and came back - no response from ‘the manager’ and no offer of a solution by the person I spoke to so we went back to our dirty room. I spoke to ‘the manager’ this morning when we checked out and was told he’d speak to the owner and ask him to contact me, I’ve waited all day and not heard a thing - I’ve now been emailed from Expedia to write a review. Here’s what was wrong with the room: Coffee stains on the phone next to the bed Sweets under the bunk bed No liquor soap in the bathroom - just the empty bottle which looked like it had been empty for a long time - it was also filthy as it was attached to the wall right by the sink. Used soap in the shower Used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door - which I thought was strange when I got out the shower when we first arrived - to then see the fresh towels folded on our beds so it seems that the towels hanging on the back of the door were left from the previous guests and I had used it after my shower! Dried blood on the back of the bathroom door which looked like it had been there for a while, Holes in bathroom walls which hadn’t even been attempted to be fixed. I wasn’t expecting The Ritz, but we’d booked this family room after a days walking at Aber Falls and for my husbands birthday. The state of the room was totally unacceptable and staff did nothing to help. I took pictures to document.

The hotel was in a great position for Llandudno peer, catching the local tour buses and going to the local shops ad restaurants or just strolling along the sea front. The reception was quick and straightforward. Thr room needed some TLC. There was a few things we picked up, but soon got rectified by the manager. Food was excellent and lots of choice put on for breakfast. Facilities were also good.

The location is excellent for both the promenade, pier and shopping. The room was very clean , but a bit tired . Bathroom excellent- all new . Breakfast good but self service for tea and coffee was a let down . Breakfast room small and busy. Staff very welcoming. Parking restricted .

Staff were very polite always respectful couldn't fault them. Although hotel was on a main road it was very quiet and easy walk to the towns restaurants and pubs. Llandudno pier was just across the road. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The staff were very courteous and very helpful. It was so stressful trying to find parking . The actual accomodation was clean and warm..good selection of drinks in room. We put a do not disturb sign only staying 2 nights and didnt want housekeeping but they ignored that and came in.. Breakfast was excellent .. Overall a nice stay..exceptional friendly staff ..

Immaculate hotel with perfect views!!

Booked for an 80th birthday treat for parents. We have stayed before so knew they wouldnt be disappointed! From the welcoming smile on reception they knew they would enjoy! They had a seaview room..perfectly appointed with two chairs to watch the world go by! Immaculate room. Added bonus was some birthday treats! She was so surprised! Lovely welsh breakfast with everything you could want. They had the best stay and many happy memories made! Thanks Lauriston!!

Made to feel very welcome and the staff were lovely as was the breakfast. On the whole the room was clean but the water glasses hadn’t been washed properly and there were just a couple of other little areas that lacked attention to detail. Also there was no hot water in the morning after I had showered so my husband had to shave and shower in cold water !!
