Me and my teenage son liked the room, restaurant and the friendly welcoming staff. The choice and quality of breakfast was great and all topped off by the superb location. I do hope they have availability next time we decide on a trip to Llandudno as it's now our first choice.

First Visit. Will return.

First time saying at the hotel. Great location on the seafront and opposite the pier. Luckily, we managed to get parking outside the hotel, however parking in the town is an issue - but not the hotel’s fault. Dog friendly hotel, but don’t be put off if not dog lover as dogs are restricted to certain areas and you would not have known it was a dog friendly room - extremely clean and fresh. We were on the top floor of the hotel with wonderful sea view (as shown in photo). All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great bar facilities and outdoor seating at the front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast with good variety - the ‘Doggie Breakfast Menu’ was a nice touch and our dog loved her sausages. Little things impacted our stay: -Lift very compact and was difficult to use with a pushchair. -Bathroom slightly dated with dripping tap and shower head. -Very small and old TV in room. Overall, very pleasant stay and we would return.

We felt completely relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you for the incredible care you gave to our dog, Mango. We were genuinely touched by your thoughtfulness — we never expected a dog menu at breakfast! It was such a lovely and heartwarming surprise that showed just how attentive and thoughtful your team is. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A nice little adventure.

Was a very clean hotel. Terrible parking situation but that is Wales for you, got charged £35 for dogs so you lost a star for that, and we went down for dinner and sat in a booth and was asked to move so we walked out. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and it is very dog friendly and as a bonus they give you sausages for your dogs.

The place and the staff were excellent. The only thing nagative was when booking the room for one night we chose a pet friendly hotel which was what we searched for. Paid on the site and then had to pay an additional £32.50 for our 2 dogs for one night. If we had booked a week, this would be a substantial amount of money to add on and not budgeted for.

Fabulous property such a shame we were put in room 6 with the fire exit. It was quite cold near the exit and my husband didn’t sleep well due to the light being on all night for the fire exit. It was not ideal as there were plenty of rooms free as there was only two couples staying. Breakfast and service was great. Hopefully if we stay again we will avoid room 6.

Lovely friendly hotel with great attention to detail. Rooms spotless with everything you could need. Extra touches like bottled water, plenty of tea, coffee and milk and even chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice. Even gave us a discount card to use for a local restaurant we went too.

The hotel B&B is perfectly situated for the beach. The room was large with a sea view and an en suite, that was a little tired. The breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful. There was some outside noise during the night which is to be expected. Overall, a wonderful stay, that I'd highly recommend
