Summary:
Four beautifully designed cabins and a common building provide a quiet retreat on the Llano River. Perfect for family reunions or couple retreats or corporate off-sites. The common house has a full deck and pool, equipped gourmet kitchen, 60 in. satellite TV, wi-fi, 4 bed bunkroom, full bath and a comfy living area. Plus a newly renovated barn with games, smart TV, lounge area, full bathroom, and bunk beds!

The Space:
Our space allows for togetherness as well as privacy :)

Main Common's House:
Bunkroom - 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds
The commons also has a spacious living area, tv, gourmet kitchen, including 2 dishwashers, laundry room, ice maker, deck with eating area with beautiful view of Llano river.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all the entire property -- All cabins, main commons, barn, pool, foosball table, dart board, kitchen, laundry room, kayaks, canoes, outdoor shower, riverfront access, plus any of 4 available campfires.

The Neighborhood:
The peaceful sounds of the rapids across the river, the birds' song, and the pleasure of floating the river await. The cabins sit on 10 acres of unspoiled Texas hill country, with expanses of pink granite outcropping. Guests should explore the property and, especially, the river during their stay.

Getting Around:
A car is a necessity in the hill country. The property is out in the country 10 miles west of the town of Llano, which is 70 miles west of Austin.

Other Things to Note:
Great barbecue 8 miles west of us in the village of Castell, TX. Live music about 30 miles northwest at Hilltop Cafe. Or just relax into the serene hill country surroundings.
