La production d'eau chaude était insuffisante pour 12 personnes. La chambre 5, ouverte (en mezzanine) ne peut être considérée comme une chambre. La Filtration de la piscine défectueuse (infiltration de sable par le fond)Mobilier de salon insuffisant pour 12 personnes et le mobilier bas d’extérieur était insuffisant pour 12 personnes et dangereux (clous).Des Vis et clous dépassants rendent l'utilisation de la terrasse autour de la piscine dangereuse.De nombreuses ampoules ne fonctionnent pas et des moisissures importantes étaient visibles au plafond de la suite parentale.Pas d'aspirateur intérieur.
