Great for out of season break.

Amazing heated covered pool. Helpful staff. Convenient for seafront and lots of good restaurants. Parking was in underground carpark opposite. Spaces really tight and had three different attempts before finding one that was allocated to hotel and just only Got car in it.

Best central hotel in lloret de mar

Second time staying at this hotel and will be definitely be booking here again. From check in we was welcomed into the hotel by the friendly hotel reception team, and was given all the information for the hotel with a clear explanation. Even the hotel cleaning staff were very polite and rooms were cleaned to a high standard. It was my sisters birthday and she came back into the room to find a card and present from the hotel team, this was very much appreciated

Went here last minute. First impressions was there are a lot of discos around it and a few prostitutes but dont let that put you off. Inside its beautiful. We were on the 2nd floor and the room had been refurbished to a high standard. The meals are devine. All sorts on choice. The pool and bar area are perfect. I would go back

Hotel was clean, staff were nice and food was good but I would NOT recommend staying here unless you want to party and DON'T need to sleep until 6 a.m. The street noise is awful between the music, road sweepers, lorries collected glass bottles which makes the loudest smashing sound, people singing and banging and I could go on. Also watch out for pick pockets, happened to one of our group in a supermarket and she never realised as one lady caused a distraction then another person must steal from your bag. So watch out.

Hotel The Highlight

Overall, the hotel and staff were brilliant. VEry clean, nice food and very attentive staff. Outside of the hotel, there were both positives and Negatives. The Beach and bars/ restaurants were fantastic, however the local authorities (Police) were a nightmare, physically assaulting holiday makers without substantial reason for doing so. As a whole, the hotel is the highlight of the area.

Clean hotel with central location

Hotel is located centrally and very close to the beach, however we were surprised to find little noise from the street - the balcony doors are well sound-proofed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and found a great selection at breakfast. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and when our fridge was not working it was mended immediately. The only fault we had was the lack of sunbeds but if you are up and about early this is not a problem.

early season Helios

Good hotel for centre of activities, bit close to clubs but ok on back side , Food was disappointing, bland and similar most nights, buffet style. Good clean, service and bar good with indoor pool, free wifi with code.

More like a 3* hotel its OK for a few nights.

It is in the main club district and so very noisy- OK if your a good sleeper. the hotel was clean and well kept but i think it could do with a revamp. The decor and facilities make it more a 3* hotel in my opinion. The beds were very firm not comfortable- We only stayed a few nights so didn't mind too much. Food wise on the first night we went later on the food was shocking and perhaps as we had went later on. The next might we went earlier and the food was a bit better still not what i would expect more like 2* hotel quality.(I'm not a picky eater and don't have unreasonably high standards) The breakfast's were great on both days.
