Discover the perfect balance between sea and nature in this charming house with a swimming pool, located in the peaceful rural setting of S'Estanyol, Llucmajor. Just a few minutes from the coast, it is ideal for 5 people.
The grounds of this estate are magnificent, offering unobstructed views of the countryside that give our guests a sense of peace and calm. Add to that the proximity to the sea and a beautiful private saltwater pool, and you have the perfect plan for an incredible holiday. The pool measures 6 x 3 m, with a depth of 1 to 1.85 m, five sun loungers around it to enjoy the sun and an outdoor shower. The outdoor areas are ideal for preparing a delicious barbecue and enjoying it under the porch, then relaxing in the outdoor armchairs under the parasol, spending quality time with family or friends.

Upon entering the house, you will find a wonderful living room with a comfortable sofa and air conditioning, inviting you to relax while watching satellite TV or simply reading a good book. Large sliding doors lead to the dining area, which also has a television and air conditioning, making it the perfect place for long evenings. Then there is the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, oven, open pantry and all the utensils and appliances you need to cook as if you were at home. There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning. Two of them have double beds and the third has two single beds. In one of the double bedrooms, we can provide a cot and high chair for a baby if required. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The property has two floors, although upstairs there is only a sunny terrace from which to contemplate the beautiful rural landscape.

The property is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the countryside, just 250 metres from the village and 1.1 km from the sea. In fact, the entire coastal area surrounding S'Estanyol is full of idyllic coves and places to swim in the sea, both sandy and rocky. We especially recommend visiting Es Trenc beach, one of the pearls of the Mediterranean. However, if you want an unforgettable excursion, take the boat that goes from Colonia de Sant Jordi to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. As for services and shops, S'Estanyol and, especially, Llucmajor offer everything you could possibly need, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and much more.

Great holiday home!

We had a blast! The house is great, and we especially loved the pool. The kitchen is very complete in terms of cooking equipment. Bedrooms were basic, but good. The location is great as well; there is land the size of a couple of football fields between the house and the nearest neighbour. The village of S'Estanyol de Migjorn is a couple of hundred meters away and easy to reach. The city of Palma is only 25 minutes by car. There were only two downsides. The first is that you pay for the airconditioning, which was not mentioned in the booking information for the house. The machine only takes one specific coin, so you will have to bring plenty of it or find someplace to exchange notes for coins. Given the temperatures in August, it is impossible to sleep without airconditioning. We would have preferred a bill afterwards if the use of the airconditioning had been excessive. Since we barely used other electronics in the house, the price of which is presumably calculated into the rental price, we felt this was a bit of an unfair (and very inconvenient) hidden expense. The second downside was the large number of (semi-)stray cats around the house. A couple of them are so used to people that nothing scares them away, and they linger around waiting for food, jumping on the table even when you are sitting there. At certain times, up to 15 cats are watching your every move from someplace in the garden. Overall though, we are very satisfied with the house and would definitely like to return someday!

Sehr schönes,ruhiges aber abgelegenes kleines Häuschen.

Es war sehr sauber,Küche gut ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach,Mikrowelle,Ceranfeld und Backofen.Super!!! Kaffeemaschinen verbesserungswürdig,die eine ging ewig und aus der Padmaschine war der Kaffee nur lauwarm. Der Poolbereich war superschön.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ,leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Mit dem Auto 10 min von dem schönen Naturstrand Es Trenc entfernt. Zum Flughafen ca 25 min.Praktisch wenn man früh los fliegt. Würden beim nä mal wieder diese Finca buchen. Schlüssel -über und abgabe völlig Problemlos.Aber den gab es auch erst um 16.00Uhr.Schade! Wren nämlich schon um 13.00Uhr dort und mussten uns die Zeit vertreiben. Aber das ist ja nur ein kl Luxusproblem. Freue mich auf den nä Urlaub,dann auch hoffentlich mit schönen Wetter.
