This stylish and modern villa spans two floors, offering comfort and convenience for your stay. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright, open-plan living area featuring two cozy sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining space. Fully air-conditioned, it’s the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction cooker and all the utensils needed for preparing meals during your stay.
The ground floor also includes a guest toilet and the first bedroom, fitted with two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms, both air-conditioned and featuring en-suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other offers a double bed and access to a private, furnished terrace—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
