The immediate area: A quiet residential area in the tranquil village of Bahia Azul. From there it is only a stone's throw to the enchanting town of Llucmajor with its famous market, Palma can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

In total, the villa comprises 280 sqm of living space. The living room on the ground floor extends to 40 square meters, from where the huge winter garden (70 square meters) opens.
