Superbe logement ! Merci à Philippe pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de ce séjour. L’appartement est idéal et à 2 pas de la plage. Nos chiens ont bien apprécié le grand terrain et les alentours !

Location très agréable

cadre magnifique , plage très très proche , visite des Glénans avec le bateau à moins de 10 mm à pieds ainsi que les commerces , restaurant . Pas de besoin de la voiture une fois arrivée .

Logement conforme à la description

Logement très très agréable situé dans un très bel environnement. Beau jardin, cour avec table, chaises, salon et transats, banc. Belle décoration intérieure. Matériel de cuisine à profusion. Une situation exceptionnelle puisqu'à quelques mètres de la mer d'où on a une magnifique vue sur le phare de la Perdrix, L'île Tudy et ses plages, l'entrée du port et de la rivière de Pont-L'Abbé, etc... Un hôte chaleureux, très à l'écoute. Tout était réuni pour passer un super séjour. Jai quitté avec regret cet endroit et j'y retournerai volontiers...

Calme est l'appartement de vacances et captivant l'environnement

Connaissant Loctudy j'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil de Philippe dans sa maison bretonne. Très disponible il est très à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires vacanciers. La maison en bord de mer permet de bénéficier de l'océan sans modération et dispose d'un magnifique parc. Ma chienne a aussi bien profité de ce lieu. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.
