Apartment Zum Kölpinsee:
Our modern apartment is located in the attic of a newly built in 2005 house. On a separate staircase you reach the 48 m² apartment with a living room with kitchenette, dining area and couch, TV and radio. A double bedroom is also part of the apartment as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Erstaustattung bed linen is included. The distance to the beach about 500 m. The nearby forest is ideal for walks. Parking is available at the house, also garaging for bicycles are present on the property. In the cozy outdoor seating area with loungers and barbecue, you can end the evening. A travel cot and a high chair for our younger guests is available.  

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. Well maintained modern house with apartments in an idyllic forest location. Kölpinsee is a municipality Seebad Loddin on the Baltic coast with flat and steep coastline and fine white sand beach.

Der Urlaub in Kölpinsee hat uns sehr gefallen, schöner gepflegter Ort, nicht so überlaufen.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, doch die Aussenumgebung war nicht sonderlich ordentlich. Die Gartenmöbel verschmutzt und voller Spinnweben, man hatte den Eindruck, dass Sie schon lange nicht mehrgerreinigt wurden.
