-You are solely responsible for any property damage during your stay and will be charged accordingly. This includes replacing hot tub cover if it is damaged.

-Please do not flush anything down the toilets except toilet paper.

-NO SMOKING means don't smoke in Cabin. If there is any smell of smoke of any kind, There will be a minimum fee charge of $500.

- 4x4/AWD vehicles are recommended for driveway especially in winter. Gravel Driveway

-$250 Damage Deposit hold on credit card before arrival

- Highly recommend getting trip insurance – Emergencies happen/plans change that could prevent you from arriving as planned.
