Secluded Log Cabin with Premium Hot Tub under Gazebo

The Beech Tree Burrow was designed with couples in mind but is also a perfect escape for a small family. The cabin includes a bonus walk-through bunk room to comfortably sleep 2 children, plus the option for up to 2 additional children in the loft (by request—see details below).

Tucked back deep on the 45-acre Aspen Ridge Cabin Rentals property off a long private drive, this cozy 1-bedroom cabin offers remarkable furnishings in a smaller footprint and a relaxing setting to escape from the everyday.

Amenities include a covered large hot tub positioned outdoors underneath a spacious gazebo, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, WiFi, satellite TV, a large firepit, Blackstone griddle, bunk beds, a “kids” loft, skylights in the main living space, and much more to enjoy!

We offer a contactless check-in system, so there’s no key or office you need to visit. With your individual lockbox code, you can go directly to the cabin and begin your getaway on your own schedule.

Additional things to know:

Loft (Important):
The kids loft is available by request only for families traveling with additional children. No bed or linens are provided for the loft, and guests are welcome to bring an air mattress or sleeping pad. Host approval is required prior to booking if you plan to use this space.

Water:
Our water is sourced from a private well and is filtered. We drink it, but it may not be for everyone.

Driving:
Our cabins are remotely located, and the gravel road is somewhat steep, winding, and narrow. Lowered vehicles may bottom out. The lane is not recommended for road bikes. During winter months, 4WD or AWD is highly recommended. The drive is professionally cleared of snow as needed.

I would have to say this listing is not accurately described. The bed is most definitely not a queen size but a full size, the kitchen is lacking in drinking glasses and mugs, the table outside is in need of repair and lopsided, the bathroom was filthy, no dish soap was left for us to clean up after ourselves. We had no way of making phone calls as all there is for internet is a hotspot. If there was an emergency we would have had to travel about 15min to make a phone call. Having a hotspot in no way allows for phones to be used and a land line should be installed. There was also no house number so that we knew we at the right cabin.

Anniversary getaway, very private and the perfect place for two. Hot tub is new, fire pit and surrounding area very wooded. Inside the cabin is very clean, could use a few new pans, but other than that a great stay!

I can’t say enough about how nice this property is. Upon arrival we noticed how sparkling clean everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and we loved the Blackstone Grill outside. The bed was comfortable and there were also 2 single bunks which would be great if you are a family of 4 with smaller kids. The hot tub was large and was heated to 101 upon our arrival. This is somewhat “off grid” so cell coverage is spotty. This isn’t a complaint because that’s just the area- just mentioning it. The host did have a guest phone with a WiFi hotspot that was helpful. Also, if you are doing a winter trip, 4 wheel drive is a must to get to this cabin.
