Inside, the dedicated game room features a poker/bumper pool table. A regulation shuffleboard table and mini-foosball are in the main living area.
The home is a thoughtfully refurbished 1,245 sq. ft. residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably suited for up to six overnight guests. Inside, you’ll find an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated coffee station.
Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience.
Outside, guests enjoy a covered porch, back deck, and a large gravel patio with a charcoal grill, Blackstone griddle, picnic table, and fire pit—ideal for relaxed outdoor meals and evenings under the stars.
The ranch is located between Lometa and San Saba--10 miles each way. Guests frequently choose Redbird Landing for its proximity to Colorado Bend State Park (~ 30 minutes). When they arrive, they discover a unique, secluded setting you won’t find in town.
