Inside the elegant and recently built residence “Le Corti Caterina”, just a short distance from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and the lake, this ground-floor apartment with two bedrooms is perfect for a holiday for up to 4 guests.



The apartment features free Wi-Fi and welcomes guests with a bright living area equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster.



The living room opens onto a private covered porch furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and lunches, and overlooks the private garden.



The layout continues with the master bedroom featuring a double bed and spacious wardrobes. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, and a second bedroom with a single bed plus an additional pull-out single bed, completing the layout of this spacious and comfortable apartment—ideal for relaxing holidays on Lake Garda.



Guests have access to air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Public parking spaces are conveniently available right in front of the residence.



The residence swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap is required.



Guests may request a cot and a high chair for an additional cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a small extra fee.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently.

Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, guests may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.



Lonato del Garda is located on the south-western side of the lake, among gentle morainic hills and vineyards producing the area’s renowned wines. The area offers many leisure activities such as food and wine routes with tastings of local wines and typical products, walking and cycling itineraries through the countryside, markets and traditional fairs.



The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 30 minutes from the nearest airport.
