A nice property but starting to get tired without enough upkeep. It was very usable but needs a good handyman to spend a day fixing bits and pieces to justify the rental price: walls with scars, shades with stains or broken cords, espresso maker without one piece, quite a few burnt out light bulbs, couch and chair cushions showing their age, patio not really usable since there's no place to sit.The location is convenient but also extremely busy being right across from Harrods and close to many busy night time restaurants. Expect crowds and car noise.London Properties staff was very friendly and responsive.Will probably look elsewhere on our next visit.

Needs updating

The apartment needs maintenance. The walls are dirty and the ceiling in the master bedroom has a large water stain. The sofas have an odd smell and could use a shampooing. The entrance to the apartment is in the basement next to the trash, so many flies that get into the house when you open the door. Nice and convenient position next to Harrods but not as elegant as the photos suggest. Great kitchen. Apartment needs updating.

Noisy Stay

Unfortunately we had a couple issues with our stay. The main issue being the construction/renovation noise right above the flat that started early in the morning and went late into the night. (The flat is a basement.) I alerted the host to when the noise started and their response was underwhelming. It wasn’t until the fourth day of unacceptable banging coming from upstairs (when I also requested a partial refund) that someone came to the flat assess the situation. They left us an apology gift and said there would be no more noise. (No partial refund was offered.) At that point we were going into the weekend anyway and our trip was almost over. I should also mention there is a gate right outside one of the bedrooms that shuts very loudly and starts opening and closing early in the morning as people leave their flats (this is independent of the construction). Cleanliness also needs to be improved. Things were superficially clean but the bathmats had not been washed between guests (we actually washed them ourselves) and dishes were greasy (we also washed these before using them). The location is good - right across from Harrods and a 5-7 min walk to Knightsbridge station. The decor in the apartment is high end.

What a space

Incredible property in super prime area of London, overseeing harrods and all that buzzing knightsbridge has to offer. The apartment is massive and interiors fantastic. The management was impeccable too, 10/10
