Room was perfect for what we need. perfectly clean.
Room was bright, immaculate and had tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and even an iron and ironing board. Ability to add heat or cool the room was good and lighting options were great.
Had one issue with key card, called the number and someone came very quickly to resolve the issue. A fantastic find for a London get away.

Room was okay. Not spotless but pretty clean, room was well equipped as well.
Check in process was confusing, would be much better to receive one email with all of the information up front instead of various emails with different pieces of information. Thankful for the employee who happened to be on property and was extremely helpful as using the contact number was completely unhelpful and extremely delayed.
Amazing location but definitely a “budget hotel”. Good if your expectations are managed.
Rooms were clean and nicely arranged, staff was friendly and responsive to any messages I had sent and requests I had for necessities in the room. I’d stay here again!

This hotel was ok. It met our most basic needs, but was not a place to seek comfort or relaxation. Overpriced for what it is, very small room and bathroom. It felt more like an AirBnB than a hotel since no staff is onsite. The check-in system was challenging and we saw many others struggle with it. We had some security concerns because the front door was often not latched and seemingly left open all day and night. The main window in the bedroom was very old, drafty and without a lock that could allow someone to open from the outside.
Rating 6/10 despite there not being heat when we checked in due to a mechanical problem, which was very disappointing after a long trip in a cold London winter day, but the staff worked quickly to resolve it.
The room was fairly recently remodeled, and location was great.

Could hear every noise from guest’s next door and opposite , fire doors inadequate as big gaps underneath and only closed when pulled closed , main door was constantly left open as it only closed when pulled .

There were no staff on site. The room had a diirty towel left on the floor behind rhe bathroom door. There were no cups in the room so coyls not make a tea or coifee. I could access the wifi. I enailed t o obtain the code and i had a reply this morning after i checked out. I will not book again
There are no staff on site at this hotel. Which means when the automated check-in kiosk runs out of key cards, which it had when I arrived at 20:30pm on the night of my stay, I had to call the hotel and wait for someone to arrive to help me access my room. I waited 50 minutes. Totally unacceptable at this late hour. The person who arrived to "help" offered no apology whatsoever and was completely dismissive which made me even angrier. He was eventually able to provide me with a key card and I got into my room. Room was okay - shower hadn't been properly cleaned as was evident from the short, curly hairs in the shower tray. An hour or so later, the fire alarm went off. Entire hotel was evacuated onto the street, where we waited for another 15-20 minutes for the same man to come back to turn it off and allow us into our rooms again. Blaming one of the guests for using a hot shower without closing the bathroom door and refusing to acknowledge how unacceptable it was for us all to be waiting for so long. Appalling customer service. Mini fridge in the room I thought was a bonus so I put some bottles of water in there to chill for the morning - bizarrely the fridge warmed them up, despite being on its coldest setting. Overall dreadful stay.
I will never stay in an unmanned hotel again, the room next door where screaming and shouting and banging doors till at least 3am, I sent several messages to the hotel and just got a sorry we can't do anything message back each time. When I raised a complaint I was told that they had spoken to the person and it will not happen again. Not acceptable when they scared my elderley mother and the screaming resulted in no sleep for eother of us and as it was a one night stay so the fact it won't happen again is irrelevant. The beds were very uncomfortable, we had to ask for an extra pillow each as we only got a very thin one each. I asked to be compensated for the horrendous experience with a partial refund they came back with 10% off my next stay, I advised I wanted money back for the horrendous experience and how we had paid to have a restful stay not a woman screaming and shouting all night. There was no safeguarding in place for guests in this situation and nobody came to check the premises and to see what was happening. Absolutely despicable behavioir from management who clearly do not care about their guests wellbeing. I will never stay here again

The hotel has no staff in the building. Hence they rely exclusively on telephone conversations with a outsourced helpdesk rather than dedicated hotel staff. The location is good however, the service is hit and miss on whether you will receive a phone call in time particularly for check-in and if you lose a room key.

Good location, nice room, very clean.
Chgecking in with the machine that issues the room key wasn't great as it didn't show a room number. Had to call the help centre, but resolved quickly.
Room lights would not turn off, maintenance came and turned the lights off but this meant we could not turn them back on otherwise they would not turn off again, this should not happen. Drainage was poor - every time you used the sink, the water in shower bubbled up through the plug so we had other peoples dirty water in the bottom of the shower, disgusting. Window would not shut, so it was noisy. Toilet did not flush properly. Glasses smelt of wine and had only been rinsed in water - was still wet when we arrived at 9pm, should have clean glasses. Only good thing was the location to Hyde Park.
