We traveled with our 3 month old and this was a great location for families! You step out of the hotel and are surrounded by nice restaurants and stores. Very convenient if you forget something in a pinch. It’s a little far from some of the big attractions, but we enjoyed taking the water taxi and cabs to view the hot spots of London. The property was clean and well appointed, my only complaint is that the hallways are dark and our room continuously had issues with the lights. They kept turning on and off during our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent as a tourist—right on the northern line, in a new well-designed area of the city. We enjoyed that we could pop out for a run along the river or for food very easily. We loved the rooftop pool, which was helpful in the hours before check-in after we arrived early morning for an international flight. Only issues: elevator is a pain (takes forever and directs you to one via key pad, but it’s faulty) and our toilet had a plumbing issue the first night that made it stink. They fixed it but never followed up on the unpleasantness it caused. We’d stay here again—it was nice.

I was expecting a five star hotel visit and it was not. At best it was three star some of the pluses, unique art throughout furnished like an upscale W hotel area areas for improvement. The staff was not well trained, forgiving great service. The food in the downstairs restaurant was just OK. Service was good there.

Had a fantastic time celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Amazing hotel and staff with a lovely bottle of Prosecco for us upon arrival thank you. The breakfast service was the only slight thing I would say was slower than expected and why is everything brought on separate plates and dishes? The baked beans, the bacon and the main course were brought out separately? We asked for sausages that did not arrive but overall the breakfast is of a very good quality and the staff are amazing. Just not sure why there are so many plates and bowls used where one or two would suffice. Loved the hotel and staff and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel. Very unique decor and nice rooftop pool. The service standard was average. Checking in was disorganized, restaurant staff were consistently slow, and housekeeping came very late in the day after we had already returned from a full day of sightseeing in London.
