With a private entryway you can enjoy exclusive access through a private hallway that leads into a generous double lounge area, complete with sofas, armchairs and a smart TV for your entertainment.

Through to the open-plan living space you have a spacious dining area which adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities perfect for gathering with the family or friends.

Up onto the first floor you have three comfortable bedrooms, which include a super king, a king and a double bed. There are also three full bathrooms for your convenience. Please note between the 1st and then the 2nd/3rd bedroom are an additional few steps.

An added bonus to this property is the private garden, perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding after a day in the city.

This is a 4 bedroom property however 1 bedroom will be locked and out of use.

The owners do live in this property when it is not rented therefore some wardrobes will be locked for owners personal belongings.

You will however have wardrobe space in each room.

They will be on-hand upon your arrival to show you around, and will remain available throughout your stay, should you have any questions about the property. Battersea has undergone a huge regeneration in the last decade, and with the transformation of the iconic Battersea Power Station into a bustling riverside quarter packed with bars, restaurants, independent boutiques and luxury fitness spots, Battersea is fast becoming the place to be. Popular amongst affluent young families, it`s not hard to see what draws them in, with its very own 200-acre park boasting quaint cafes, an art gallery, a children`s zoo, a boating lake and a bandstand at the centre of it all. If you find yourself on Battersea’s main thoroughfare, take a look inside the award-winning Battersea Flower Station and pick up a hand-tied bouquet, small succulent, or glazed terracotta pot. Foodies will relish Lavender Hill and the nearby Northcote Road Market dating back to the 1860s. There, you’ll find an exquisite mix of deli goods, cheeses and fresh fruit and vegetables, alongside artisanal flowers, antiques, and original art — a wholesome option for weekends.

At its peak, Battersea Power Station was supplying a fifth of London`s electricity. After decades of sitting derelict, it is now open to the public as one of London`s most exciting and innovative new destinations. The very building which once produced the energy that enabled people to eat, drink, shop and play in the City, now provides the venue for a new generation to do the same.

Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
