Not so great!!
This apt was just ok- rugs have big stains here and there, the beds are glorified sofa beds and not the most comfortable but ok for a few days. No hairdryer which was annoying, but it didn’t say there was one in the description. However, one of the main reasons we booked this was that the hotels.com description says “washer” and there was one, but apparently not working, and when I called them he said that wasn’t included... but there were wet, stinky towels in the washer!! The glass 1/2 door on the tub/ shower was really stupid too- didn’t stay put and the shower water hit it and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor! The kitchen was ok- allowed us to cook a couple meals and save a few £ - the location was great! Short Walk from the Victoria Station, which was convenient. However, I don’t remember it saying anywhere until after we booked that you have to go to a different location to the office to pick up keys!! Dragging suitcases after getting off tube was extremely annoying!! And you have to go back to return keys! And, don’t remember seeing the $20/night for cleaning services- that added onto a decent price advertised kinda changed the final price we ended up paying. !! Good security and pretty quiet even though in the city.
