They never cleaned our room during our 5 night stay. The breakfast costs money and literally only consists of muffins. And our room was in a basement area 6 flights of stairs down with no elevator
It’every basic accommodations but clean and felt safe and secure. The rooms were very loud.

The hotel is pretty good for a short stay visiting London - this is our third visit. The amenities could be slightly improved with regard to drinks and snacks. All in all nothing to complain about

Hotel is freezing with only a fan heater. No iron even though it said it is available on the website.
Room was fine. Hotel appears to be in a state of semi refurbishment. Corridors were grotty and just not nice. Decor not great. Noisy at nighttime . It suited us for convenience so would probably stay again for the price. I wouldn’t pay more than fifty quid a night fir a room .
Nice hotel, all newly renovated. Room was small and quite tight to move around the bed, but was adequate and had all the essentials and a nice comfortable bed. Good location, just a short walk to the train station with direct trains into central London. Chargeable parking onsite, but not many spaces. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Bar and pizza restaurant on site.
The room we were given first was so small for 3 people you would’ve had to climb over each other to get into bed,( room 116 )i requested a different room and was given room 153 which was bigger and ok. Room was very clean. Breakfast was plated and very enjoyable.
First night we recieved a hard time to open the doors. When finally got the door opened, we then encountered that there were already people staying in that room. The hotel was under construction, and there was constant noise in the middle of the night. Employees were very disorganized, even to ask for simple things at reseption it would be a very long wait. It was around 30 min from the citycenter.
Checking in was at 2.00 pm, which I was not happy with. Staff on reception had basic skills when trying to book us in. Not happy with having to pay for parking and breakfast, where as with other hotels are more accommodating.
I have stayed in Best Westerns in the past which are far better then this one.
When I booked the rooms, I would expect them to be next to each other or somewhere close and not one room one end of the hotel and the other room the far end. Booked two twin rooms and gave us a twin room and a double, which was cold and smelly. It had a gap in the sash window you could put your fingers between.
Overall, not up to expectations and very disappointing. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in future.

Light failure when kettle turned on.No repair for more than half an hour.Room cold on entry
Horrible property! There was construction due to renovations during early mornings and late nights. It was very difficult to sleep due to the noise levels. It was also dangerous to walk around because of all the hazardous equipment laying around. The cleanliness of the air was horrible due to dust and the scent of paint everywhere. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone!
The facilities are fine but the room was tiny. There is no way a couple would be comfortable. The bathroom was good and the bed confortable. The publiv areas and corridors belong in a flop house.
It was lovely. The hotel has just been refurbished and the room I stayed in was in mint condition with everything I expected to find. The staff was very helpful and always present. Also the local area is great if you don't feel like going into the city centre one day, good dining and shopping amenities along with some nice parks. Easily connected to the rest of the city by bus and train.
