We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Brit Hotels Earl's Court. We appreciated the quiet area, while still being close to shops and public transport. It was great to have air conditioning and black-out curtains in the warm weather. Thank you Brit Hotels for offering family rooms! We also really appreciated the water fountains at reception and the hot drinks machine. I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and I am glad I picked this one.
Clean and new, didn't seem to be a way to turn off the light/fan in the bathroom. Could definitely hear people being loud in the hallway, slamming doors.
My AC was dripping all over the floor all night.
Front desk attendant on my departure day was very helpful and friendly!
Smooth out a few things and it would be more than excellent!
Needed a place for a 2 night solo stay near the Underground.
Hotel Brit fit the bill perfectly! Just opened after renovations, it is clean and neat. My room had great air conditioning and good water pressure on the top floor
Upper foor rooms are reached via some steep stairs ( no lift) but may be consideration if you have any difficulty with walking upstairs.
Ideal location in Kensington with ready access to Kensington Gardens and the Earls Court station. Friendly front desk. Room was small but clean and bright.

It is a good option! There are many things to do around the area and the transport station is very close. It is safe to be in and because it was newly renovated the rooms are quite nice.
Excellent staff who were gracious before during and after my stay. It’s a walk up so be aware, but I loved the ambiance and the view from the big, big window in the tiny, tiny room. Will visit again.
One of the afternoon shift front disk was rude, others were nicer.
The room isn't very joyful but it has basics. The AC is working but you don't feel it's working properly, it was too hot!
I didn't like my stay in general, however, I'd accept it pretty temporarily one to two nights maximum due to its competitive cost.

i like that it is walking distance to train station
what i didnt like were; 1-room too small, 2-use stairs, no elevators
Great hotel in a convenient area. There are many places to eat. Easy walk to Tube and bus lines. The area is safe and charming. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The property is new and very clean. We had a double room which was small but pleasantly decorated and highly functional. Nice spot for visiting London and spending most of your day out.
First time staying at this hotel and I was very impressed. Friendly staff and the room although on the lower floor was a good size. The room had a small fridge as well as the usual amenities and the bed was comfortable. There was free cold/hot water in the reception. The hotel is in a quiet street but really close to the tube with plenty of shops, restaurants/takeaways around.
My only criticism is they only had one iron which has been given out but not returned, but that was only a small thing, which didn’t spoil my stay.
