The rooms are small but clean and modern and have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The lobby is pleasant and has lots of space to sit and relax. The location is super convenient. Close to all the major sights.

Wi-Fi?

Citizenm isn't Wi-Fi compatible with every device. They don't tell you that nor do they offer real solutions. They say they contact an IT person but there is no actual IT person. Nor do they offer any compensation beyond a free drink.

The room was very nice other than not being able to adjust the interior temperature. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was good. However, only large towels and hand towels were provided; no washcloths were provided, the first time we have encountered this oversight. The hotel staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
