So close to Victoria Station, two theatres and Buckingham Palace! Clean hotel, comfortable bed and courteous and friendly staff! Great value for the price. Loved it and will return!

Top citizen

CitizenM Vauxhall road is a modern, comfortable space with spacious rooms and funky decor. Our room had a tablet that you could control the TV, temperature, blinds and lighting from. Being able to change the colour was also fun! Ourvroom came with a bed buddy, nice touch! Very comfortable large bed. Nice seating area downstairs.

This was a cozy hotel room for the two of us. Though it did its job for a place to sleep and shower. Super convenient because it's near Victoria station to use the underground which will allow you to go everywhere. The staff is friendly and were very nice. If you're staying here to go to Victoria Coach Station, just know that it's actually a further 5mins walk from the underground station. One thing to note, the area can be a bit rough at night. There were lots of drug users around, but my wife and I didn't feel unsafe, just be mindful of your surroundings.

Nice hotel, but very small and lots of homeless

Nice hotel, very small but cozy. My only problem is the amount of homeless nearby. Most won’t bother you, but occasionally a mentally ill person might scare you.

We enjoy the vibe at CitizenM properties. Our first experience was last summer in both Zurich and Geneva, both easy walking distance from railway stations. The location in London was just a 5 minute stroll to Victoria Station, which allowed us to explore the city via the underground with ease.

The room was very clean, smelled pleasant, was comfortable and quiet for the most part. The room had everything you'd require. Only thing the television gave a bit of trouble casting. Early check-in had a little wait but check-out was a breeze.

If you like cruise ship cabins; you’ll enjoy this property. Cleaning crew was rude when using downstairs public toilet; however, staff was great! Area around hotel is sketchy with folks living on the streets; bars and restaurants are fine.

Micro-heaven

I was honestly extremely pleasantly surprised by this property. I knew that I was booking a very small room, but I was absolutely delighted at the efficiency, cleanliness, design, light of the room. I wouldn’t say I was necessarily thrilled by having everything function via iPad, but it was cute I guess. Loved the touch of a bottle of hand cream next to the sink. Super comfy bed, great blackout blinds. Very pleased with the availability of a tiny fridge drawer.
