Excellent, kind, responsive staff; very clean room (small but perfectly comfortable) with nicely Comfortable bed, great shower, and black out curtains; modern amenities throughout and cool aesthetic; great location near many sites, theaters, restaurants. Superb location just a 3‑minute walk from Victoria Rail and Underground, making it ideal for exploring key attractions like Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and the West End. The rooms are compact but cleverly designed and impressively modern compared to what I’m used to in London. The Living Room lobby and canteenM bar offer lively, stylish communal spaces, perfect for working, relaxing, or just soaking up the vibe. I loved the atmosphere throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the room, everything felt super stylish and thoughtfully decorated. There’s plenty of common space, great for meetings, working, or just chillaxing. Breakfast was pretty good too and included, which was a nice bonus.

Spent several days here. The bed was high and I’m short so it was difficult to get into but once in it was very, very comfortable. Loved the blackout shade. And love the ability to control the lights from bed.

really enjoyed my stay, room was very clean and in great condition and quiet as well. staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet looked great although I did not have anything. My only complaint is that there was no kettle in the room. For a short stay, highly recommended. For a longer stay the room might be a little small.

I wouldn’t stay at one of these again due to the fact the long bed is butted up to the wall so my husband had to crawl over me to use the bathroom at night. Staff was friendly but they ask for full payment at check in which isn’t what we’re used to . The breakfast buffet wasn’t included and expensive at 20 lbs per person so we did a la carte but then you can’t have eggs etc . We aren’t tech poor at all but we hated the lighting co trips plus the tv or our own cell data didn’t work in the room . Yes free WiFi but who doesn’t these days? Overall I wouldn’t stay at one of these franchises again. I rarely if EVER give moderate reviews usually good ones but this place wasn’t our cup of tea .

The property itself is great- clean, comfortable and close to transportation. I love that CitizenMs are fairly standardized so you know what you’re getting. That said, this one had a little more storage space for luggage than others. The street that the hotel is on isn’t the best. (We witnessed open drug use and dodged a syringe on the sidewalk.) Not the fault of the hotel, but just be aware.
