The staff were AMAZING!! So friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Getting onto the train is literally at the door! It was the perfect location.

Over priced, below average quality.

Tiny rooms, no water glasses, cups, kettles, nothing... TV/radio with terrible audio - sound dropped out every 10 seconds or so for half a second each time. Fatuous insistence on addressing guests as Citizen the entire time. Perhaps worst, multiple mice running around the restaurant - we took photos of 2 visible at the same time, and another guest had taken a photo with even more. When reported to staff, they couldn't have been less interested and just said that the mice are always there.

Wonderful location right at the Tube and Tower of London, central for walking the city and tourist destinations. Great staff, nice lounge area with outdoor space. Cons: Room was comfortable though very stuffy! Window does not open and fan was minimal. Little to no privacy between from bathroom into sleeping area.

Staying for business, the room was £630 inc breakfast for 1 night!!, Yes the hotel is nice but i would struggle to justify the price, you check yourself in, the rooms are modern and comfortable and i had a great nights sleep, The breakfast was disappointing, having to wait 20 minutes for a latte is just not good enough and there were no plates or forks available at the time i arrived. Overall the staff were friendly, and the hotel is clean and modern i just question the Value for Money
