Disappointed stay

We were very disappointed and won’t be going back. I cannot believe there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room when I asked for a tea I was told I can give you hot water but you need to go buy tea bags. Or I can wait until morning and buy breakfast to get a cup of tea. I wanted a cup of tea in my room with my husband before bed. We were outraged. You get these basic facilities in a travelodge or a premier inn The shower room with sink outside it in room was a ridiculous design. The hanging space was ridiculous too as you enter room you bang your arm on the protruding . Hangers. We stayed at your hotel as we wanted somewhere nice but we won’t go back and will advise friends and family not to either

Great stay but outside of breakfast food not good

The rooms are small but adequate. Great location, right next to the underground. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom was great. Control pad works fine. Breakfast was fine. The food at other times of the day was bad. Pizza was not good. Meatballs were very bad. We had just arrived and didn’t want to go out, so we ate in at the bar. I know that you aren't running a restaurant but the food could definitely be improved. Otherwise I trip was great.

This was a really great place to stay. Starting with the first need: the Tube, train, metro (whatever you want to call it) is literally up the stairs, turn left and go inside. Fabulous! Conveniently connected us within 30 minutes anywhere we wanted to go. Other needs met: comfortable bed and great views. Of course no bad marks for bed set up because we saw the configuration before purchasing stay. Ours was a king bed so we just put pillows by window and feet at the bottom. No climbing over each other in the middle of the night. So I have found that the European hotels (Greece, Italy and UK) do not prioritize bathroom privacy. I am not a fan of glass showers with the toilet for the most part ‘in’ the shower enclosure. Not a fan and somehow I missed this detail. HOWEVER, with all the convenience and convenience and convenience of the location of hotel it was worth it.

Fantastic situation overlooking Tower of London, staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. A real fun place to stay for young and old/, loved the cloud bar with balcony. Underground station right next door could not be more convenient, will definitely visit again.

Funky, Friendly.. You have to try this hotel..

What a funky hotel. I wanted to extend my stay in London to see the Tower of London and Tower Bridge etc.. What I didn't realise when choosing CitizenM is that the hotel was right behind the Tower. They offered a room with view of the Tower itself.. Thumbs up on that.. Staff young and friendly, helpful, curteous..certainly a first for me in style of hotel.. Great experience..

Perfect location and very friendly staff

This hotel literally cannot be beat for location. You're in the heart of everything, on top of the train station (no noise though, you can't hear anything) and there's a lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the city on multiple sides.

I have always stayed in this London wherever I have visited London in the last 7 years. However, this time I was very disappointed. The hotel was dirty, it smelled bad and the staff were joking around the desk and could not care less. Even after asking them to cleanup room in the morning when I got back in the evening it was dirty. They cleaned it next day but left all the dirty glasses and coffee mugs on the table. The shower was not even wiped. It was absolutely terrible. Never again.
