The bed was comfortable, the room clean and convenient for the event we were attending, the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the shower didn't work the next morning and there was inadequate snow removal when we arrived and when we left the next day.

Room 101 Furnace would not stop going on and off all night in very short intervals. Pipes were rattling in the walls every time we would flush the toilet. Heard water flowing in pipes above the ceiling all night.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It was clean, and my sister and I agreed that our room was the ideal temperature for our entire stay without either of us touching the thermostat. They had free cookies and coffee available when we arrived, which was a really nice welcome. The included breakfast was pretty good. We drove to a nearby restaurant for dinner called The Coop. I highly recommend it! The only issue was that we could hear our neighbours through the wall. They were just having regular conversation, and it was almost like they were in the same room. Everything else was great though!

Out in the cold in London

The bathroom pipes made a banging sound all night, especially when someone elsewhere flushed. The bedroom was cold and the furnace was so loud.
