Very good service all round, rooms comfortable and clean staff very attentive. Excellent breakfast with lots of breakfast items to choose from. Coffee or tea brought to the table, cleanliness and clearing of table very good.

Our stay was good overall. We had an issue with the a/c. The staff tried their best to fix the issue right away but could not fix it till the next morning but they brought a fan quickly and complementary cold drinks to try to mitigate the issue. All staff were friendly but competency was hit and miss.

The room was a little dated but worked well for us for an overnight stay as it was big. We were alongside some building work which didn’t disturb us but was a bit of a shock when we got out of the lift. Great location near the tube and the Tower. Also booked within 24 hours of staying so a great price.
