Quite pleased. Room was clean, staff were helpful. No glasses, cups, kettle or ironing facilities in the room. Did not bother me particularly but good to know if it would bother you.

Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon.
