Never even got to stay here after booking months and months ago for marathon weekend. The property originally confirmed the booking then went silent. We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. After worrying we’d turn up with nowhere to stay we contacted Hotels.com who contacted the property who then confirmed ‘they couldn’t find our booking’ and were now fully booked. Which is very convenient considering we’d messaged them prior through our booking on Hotels.com and they’d clearly ignored our messages. I suspect they sold our room onto someone else at a higher rate after realising it was marathon weekend and didn’t bother to let us know and cancel. If it wasn’t for me working out myself something was suspicious and they probably wouldn’t have our room ready on arrival we’d of turned up in London with nowhere to stay on marathon weekend. This caused a lot of stress only finding out just before we were meant to leave for London and as you can imagine it was really difficult finding somewhere else to stay on the day of marathon weekend and all the prices had sky rocketed since we booked this. Not impressed at all and still haven’t received an apology direct from the property. They should not be allowed to operate on Hotels.com after this.

Compact but had everything we may need for a short stay. No issues with parking, convenient for our needs, good detailed instruction for entry to the accommodation. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.. Ein paar Möbel bzw Artikel könnten mal erneuert werden , so wie die Kloschüssel oder der Aufbau über dem Kühlschrank. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.. Leider ist die Unterkunft ziemlich hellhörig, sei es der Flur oder durch die Zimmerwände, man hat alles trotz Ohrstöpsel sehr laut gehört. Die ersten 2 Nächte hatten wir schlimme Leute im Haus, die so Theater gemacht haben, sei es nachts im Flur oder morgens im Zimmer über uns rumgetampelt haben. Da können die Vermieter leider nichts für. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten wurde es sofort gelöst, für den Service 5/5 Sterne.
