High Stress. Low Communication.
The location of this property was amazing. Everything else was diabolical.No numbers on the doors so we couldn't find our flat but neither could anyone else. Every guest in the building knocked every door and tested codes until they found their place. Such a simple solution! Just put numbers on the door. We were woken up day and night with very stressed people testing our keypad. Wild.We got the code for the wrong unit with a note to ignore it that we didn't see so we actually WENT to the wrong unit. Also a nightmare.Through all of this confusion there is no cellphone service in the building so you can't message from the VRBO app for help. You have to keep leaving and going out to the street. When we finally got inside I thought we would have wifi. But no... that wasn't easy either. The wifi box was unplugged and lodged in a cubby storage area in the ceiling that you couldn't see. No password was provided so we had to go outside and message again to get it, but when we got it there was no actual service because the box was unplugged.After all of this we just wanted a cup of tea. You will see a kettle in the picture but there is no kettle. There is only one pan. A small frying pan I'm guessing a guest bought. We boiled water in the frying pan to make tea. The stove was so slow it took half an hour and never did boil. No key to the dirty patio.The door to one of the bathrooms was completely broken. None of us took showers because everything was so dirty.
