The property is poorly managed. My bathroom door stuck, as did my room door. My room was on a main corridor so that the door rattled when people walked by or entered the building. I was woken during the night by repeated bell ringing because no one staffs the door.

From the time we entered to the time left, we were treated amazingly by the staff. They were happy with their work and went the extea mile to make our stay memorable.The room we had was fantastic. Both my daughters loved it and said how comfortable the beds were. The breakfast was good. They also allowed us to keep the bags there until later so we could enjoy London. Both girls have asked to go back and have more days in the room.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Our room was comfortable for our family of four (two adults and two teens) and was nicey decorated with a Harry Potter theme. We did get a good laugh with how small the bathroom sink was, but we made due. The street was very quiet, in fact the whole area was very calm and quiet, yet a quick walk to the Victoria station and several main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Harry Potter experience

The guy who checked us in (I forgot his name) was so nice & made us feel welcome. Tina was our server 3 days in a row and she was very friendly with great service. It was really fun staying here.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. Super safe at all hours. We loved the room and the small kitchenette. We didn't have time to go to the pool but it looked great. We will definitely stay here again when we are in London.

As a solo traveler, I stayed in the tiny single room. It was fantastic. Extremely small, but very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. I did not have very much interaction with the Other staff members. But overall, it was absolutely perfect for my long weekend Solo getaway to London.
