The room 28 smaller than our walk-in closet. Bathroom even smaller. 30 by 96 inches for entire bathroom.

Very disappointing; I booked a room and that’s what I got, one room. The room had a double bed and a freestanding bath in the window area, no shower just a bath. A toilet had been installed against the right hand wall and then a frame had been knocked up around it with a badly fitting door to form a toilet area. To wash your hands in the basin you had to lean to one side as the toilet overlapped it. Opposite another frame had been knocked up to form a cupboard with a rail for your clothes and we were given 4 coat hangers. The tea and coffee making items were below; well below to give room for hanging clothes, you had to make drinks kneeled on the floor; if you wanted one! The electrics that supplied the kettle and coffee machine were via an extension cable pinned to the wall. Water stain on the ceiling, ripped wallpaper, it was just a room, a tired one, £200 a night, it was worth half that.

The room was as described - very small and up several flights of stairs (no lift - but this is clear in description). Staff took bag to room which was appreciated. No complaints - close distance to Victoria Station (less than 10 min walk) so convenient.

Faultless! We had a fantastic time at the Georgian House Hotel. We stayed in the Enchanted Twin room which was a joyous experience - even for grown adults! The room was clean and magical. The breakfast was super. The staff and even the guests were wonderfully kind and fun. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for one night for our annual Christmas meet up. The hotel was conveniently located and charming. The room was lovely, although the radiator was on all night and I couldn’t turn it off. As a result we had the windows open which was noisy.

Had a top floor room with low sloping roof which may not suit taller people. A lot of stairs to climb to get to room as no lift at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable bed & bathroom. Check in a little strange with no actual desk just some staff at a table with laptops. Breakfast good & nice selection of items both hot & cold. Very accommodating & pleasant staff.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Check-in was effortless and I was able to keep my luggage there to go to an event after check-out. Breakfast was perfect, both a continental and cooked menu options. Also perfectly situated for Victoria Coach Station and Victoria and Pimlico Underground Stations. Buckingham Palace is about a 15/20mins walk away and Knightsbridge about 20/25mins walk. The hotel is also in a very nice area of London and although my room window looked out the front of the hotel, there was hardly any noise from outside even with the window open. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, I would definitely book again.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. The room is small but plenty of amenities and great for one person. The neighborhood was a perfect location- 5 minute walk to Victoria Coach station, 6 min walk to Victoria Station. Great pub- Nicholson’s Pub also 5 min walk. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

The property is poorly managed. My bathroom door stuck, as did my room door. My room was on a main corridor so that the door rattled when people walked by or entered the building. I was woken during the night by repeated bell ringing because no one staffs the door.
