The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. I have never stayed in such a beautiful and luxurious room. I felt like the room has everything you need. And I definitely would stay here again. I also like the access to the rest of the old kelloggs factory without having to go outside. Super convenient. Everything from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms to the swimming pool was spotless. 10/10 The ONLY reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because Of the food. So breakfast isn’t included and I guess it’s to make sure people eat at the overpriced restaurant downstairs. And I would be fine with that if the food was any good. But I thought it was terrible. We tried the dessert at night and was shocked at how dry everything was (as well as pricey for such tiny portions) But we decided to do breakfast there in the morning. The service was phenomenal but the food was just blah. The home fries were undercooked, the kids donuts were so dry you couldn’t eat more than a bite and nothing was tasty enough for the price is cost. If you can skip the food then I’d say do it. But otherwise the hotel was great. I’d stay there again and eat somewhere else.

This is a new hotel that opened in April and is nicely decorated, but there are still some kinks to work out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well located. However, for a 4-star property, I was surprised by the lack of some basic amenities. There was no complimentary water in the room, while the minibar was fully stocked with alcohol, snacks, and other paid options—all quite expensive for what was offered. In my experience as a frequent traveler, even 4- and 5-star hotels usually provide at least one complimentary bottle of water to welcome guests. Another small but disappointing detail was the shower: the refillable bottle for body wash was empty. On a positive note, the breakfast (not included in the room rate) was delicious, and both the waiter and the manager were very kind and attentive, which helped balance the experience. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some basic service details need improvement to truly meet 4-star expectations.

This is a great hotel and worth the money. The pool area is amazing. It’s inside the Kellogg factory so attached to so many amenities. The kids love the factory trampoline park and we come here alot- lots of dining options, a Starbucks, some shops! Perfect winter getaway because you don’t even have to go outside (unless you want to use the heated outdoor pool or the hot tub). Rooms are super nice-bathrooms are beautiful and have heated floors. The reception (actually all staff) were super friendly and helpful

I love this hotel, and i love the staff in it. This is my first time staying at the hard rock hotel. The room is kept VERY clean, the staff is friendly and imemdiately fulfills requests. In fact there are several extra things in the details that make this hotel stand out amongst all others. Things such as friendliness, extra turn down service. Constant check ins for needs. The little touches like the make up wipes, deoderant, nespresso and water for the bedside. They may not all be needed but those details go above and beyond.

From check-in and check-out, staff were very friendly. Rooms were fantastic! I can’t say enough about the rooms. They are beautiful. We were so impressed. Any amenity you need is there. The turndown service was unexpected and added that special touch. Loved our stay!
