Pros: 1. The location of the property is great, very close to Regent Street and Soho so we loved this. 2. The hosts are very, very responsive. Cons: 1. The property needs a touch up, really needs to be painted, it has definitely been lived in. 2. The bedrooms are very small, not enough room to store your luggage. 3. I had almost a "camping" vibe feeling, the beds are very close to the floor 4. There is no AC. Not an issue if its cooler outside (which it was) so you can open the windows. However, when the windows are open you can hear the not so great neighbor coming in during the middle of the night and one that likes to raise his voice. We didn't get a good night of sleep while we stayed there (late May 2025). Overall its a decent place but I personally would not stay again unless it was updated.

Excellent stay for our family

We had the best stay, everything was perfect for our family. It was very clean, tidy and had all required essentials. We felt safe especially as travelling with our kids. Lots of spaces, 3 bathrooms. It was the perfect set up for a family or friends staying in the city. We found it a fantastic location for places to eat and Oxford Circus station is a very close walk. We were delighted with our stay. The heated bathroom floor was a major plus.

Great location with nearby convenience stores, shopping, restaurants; and walking distance to most of the icons of London. Traveling with family to Paris, London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, and Brussels this was our least favorite place because it felt like a rental rather than a home. Also weird layout where one bedroom looks down on another though there are privacy blinds in each.

Fantastic location in Fitzrovia- 2 bedrooms as advertised, no room for any cases in the bedrooms, very cramped. stairwell is so steep, it is dangerous, be advised! A few things not working in the apartment, texted and emailed owner- no response!

We feel obligated to write a review so that other guests know that their sleep is contingent on the other apartments in the building as well as several other items below. We stayed for 1 night and the guests below us guest below us were extremely loud from 10-12 and then we were woken up from our sleep again to screaming, doors slamming, cursing etc starting at 3:30am and continuing. This has been an awful night here. There were several other issues: -Mold all on the shower floor/smells of mold… -leak/water damage in main hallway ceiling -Walls are badly beat up -Floors not clean. Had to wear shoes -blackout shades do not function as they should so forced to sleep part blackout/part not…

Perfectly located. Beds too hard for our liking but the owner did try to help by adding mattress toppers. Bit noisy with builders next door during the day. Otherwise nice and clean and enough room for us all.

Apartamento com bom tamanho (3 quartos, 2 banheiros e sala com cozinha), bem equipado e bem localizado. No entanto, deixou a desejar por causa de algumas questões. O microondas não estava funcionado, o que impediu de aquecer comida e leite para a minha filha menor de 2 anos (o que nos atrapalhou bastante no dia a dia). Algumas luzes da sala/cozinha também não estavam funcionando, o que deixou o ambiente escuro. As únicas janelas do apartamento não possuíam blackout, de modo que os quartos ficavam claros sempre que alguma luz do apartamento era acesa. Inclusive as luzes acesas dos outros apartamentos também clareavam os quartos. Bastava ter um blackout em todas as janelas. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Apesar de organizado e bem equipado, o apartamento estava muito empoeirado, principalmente no chão e embaixo das camas (em um dos quartos havia até uma cueca e uma meia dos hóspedes anteriores!). Também não foi autorizado fazer o checkout após as 11h00 e não há possibilidade de guardarem as malas.

Bra location. Enkelt att hitta med bra instruktioner. Välutrustad med tvätt- och diskmaskin. Boendet va i ok skick. Något slitet, soffan är smutsig och fönstrena behöver tvättas. Mycket av golvytan är en enda lång korridor, den egentligen boendeytan är ca hälften.
