Loved the clean and new feel. Loved the patio and lobby. We had a family reunion so it was nice for everyone to be together, outside of the rooms and play our music and have dinner. Second night we enjoyed coffee and talked until 2am in the lobby area and wasnt asked to leave. Its great because with multiple familes in different rooms, we had a common area to socialize when the kids went to bed.

All was great

The staff at this hotel were all wonderful making our stay most enjoyable.the hotel itself was one we look forward to staying in again, could find no faults with room, facilities or breakfast.

An okay stay. Nice rooms but had to be moved because the comforter was stained and there were peanuts under the table that weren’t cleaned up from the previous guests. My child is anaphylactic so that was disappointing. New room was still not clean. Continental breakfast had nice options. There were decent food options nearby too.

The room was booked last minute. The hotel was clean and everyone was attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. Thank you to the maintenance attendant who got me a chair while doing laundry. That was above and beyond and much appreciated.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Strathroy, I was thoroughly impressed not only by the hotel's modern and clean design but also by the remarkable service provided by Niraj at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Niraj greeted me with a warm smile and an enthusiastic welcome, setting the tone for a truly delightful stay. The hotel itself is very modern, with immaculate cleanliness throughout. My room was spacious, and the large size of both the room and the washroom was a pleasant surprise. It provided a sense of luxury and comfort that made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the large TV in the room, complete with streaming capabilities, was a fantastic feature that allowed me to unwind and enjoy my favorite shows with ease. Niraj was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, his professionalism and dedication were evident throughout my visit. His genuine kindness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns made me feel valued as a guest. what i love about the hotel is the friendly staff, he’s a tall guy with beard but yeah he was really accommodating us. My friends and I really loved the room because the bathroom is filled with amenities and it was spacious. The room is very good because it was clean and spacious as well. I liked how you can connect/air play your phone or ipads or computers to the TV so that we can watch movies.
