It was a good stay. For the price, having stayed in hotels within the same area, it just wasn't 5 stars. As the other hotels for a similar price either offered more, such as a window in the room and an extra bed for a second child, rather than having 2 children needing to share a bed. All manageable, just not as good as others.

Location for a short stay was perfect with Victoria Station so close. The buffet breakfast included was excellent and added great value to our stay. I mistakenly thought there was a restaurant on site for later meals and room service. Meals and room service when travelling are important to us. For this reason only I may not stay there again.

We stayed here for 5 nights (3 nights in a basement room and 2 nights on the top floor) and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location for dining, shopping, entertainment and transportation.

Didn’t like the setup of electricity in the unit. Could not leave a phone plugged in if you left the room. Also A/C shut off and had to be reset every time you came back in the room. Very old school and inconvenient for price. Also my last night asked reception for wake-up call and was assured it was set but no call in the a.m. luckily I had set a phone alarm also so I didn’t miss my flight.

The hotel Riu Victoria is conveniently located within walking distance of all the coveted local attractions. Also, for those who wish to travel further a field the Victoria underground station is minutes away, The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We were given travel advice, restaurant recommendations and tips for touring the city during our brief stay. I would highly suggest to check in to the hotel Riu Victoria you won’t regret it.

The hotel is very all over the place, bridging a road. If you are on the far side, it's like walking through the corridors of a cruise ship, hugely complicated and a long way. Our room had no out door window (big negative, I'm not paying to live in a cell)! The WIFI is a nightmare to get on to.
