Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was clean and the staff was generally helpful. The room would have been fantastic for a single person for several nights, or a couple for a night or two. Eight nights was far too long for a couple, and I wish the descriptions could have been clearer about that. One truly inexpensive fix would be more hooks for coats/clothing, towels and a shelf or two for toiletries or towels in the bathroom. It became uncomfortable at times, and simply having more places to put things other than in our suitcases would have been great. I will definitely return, but not with my spouse for 8 nights!
Our hotel room was clean and quite comfortable. We had the accessible room at first which has a large (king sized?) bed, and large-ish bathroom with accessible shower. We had some hot waters issues so they moved us to a different room with a window (a nice improvement) but the room, bed and bathroom were smaller. It was fine for one night. I think it’s too small for two people for a number of days. Still, it is all quite new, modern, clean and comfortable. Just tight. The breakfast was very good in our opinion. Lots of options. The staff were as nice and helpful as can be.
Clean room, small but functional, shower was very adequate, i expected a window and there was none, but it was fine. The room was very quiet, nice bar with decent bar food, in a good location with nearby food options and a subway just a short walk away, very easy walk even with a lot of luggage.
The hotel is located in very good location to access to Paddington station as well as London city center.
The staff are well trained and very friendly.
I am sure I will choose this hotel when I visit in London again!
yes, the fruit was fresh and didn’t have refrigerated in room but they hold what ever you need to refrigerate. My husband medication was put on their fridge.
We realize the rooms are by nature very small, but the use of space could be much better utilized with the addition of a few more hooks to hang things on-- towels, coats, bags, etc.-- to make up for the lack of floor space. I also think there are those of us who would pay more for a larger room (we had the "superior" room and still had trouble moving around it!). A larger room at a premium price would be a great option.
