初めての宿泊でしたが、本当に綺麗でした！日本人の感覚からしてもいいサービス、清潔な環境で、朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、観光で疲れて帰ってきてホッとする場所を提供してくれました。

The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station. The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.

Bon séjour, bien localisé juste à côté du métro West Brompton et à 10 min de Earl's Court. Le bémol a juste été le lit qui n'était vraiment pas confortable mais le reste top !

4泊しました。良いと思います。夜遅く0時頃の到着になりそうだったため、治安を考慮して地下鉄駅から近いホテルを探していました。このホテルはスーツケースを引っ張っていても駅から2分程度で行き着けて、夜中でも安心でした。冷蔵庫やポットが無いなどの不便はあります。また、Expediaでのチャットに全く返信がされないのが要改善点だと思います。これはおそらくスタッフの問題ではなくて、ホテルとしてのシステムの問題かと思います。24時間対応の、無料のドリンクサービスは夜中のいい癒しになりました。
