This place is not a hotel. It is a hostel with a reception desk that is not on property and in a different building. They charge you extra for AC.

Wonderful staff. Was upgraded to the 4 star portion of the hotel (vs 3 star room) by the staff (because it was a heat wave and no air conditioner available in the room we booked) so review is for their sister property. The hotel has both 3 star and 4 star wings/rooms and I would definitely recommend booking the 4 star rooms over the 3 star rooms (there’s a huge difference). The 4 star rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location right by Eurostar terminal for our early departure. Highly recommend their 4 star sister property (the suites).

Very close to train station. So just walked with our cases, the people on reception were very nice , our room was a double with a shower and toilet , it was smaller than I was expecting and due to the very hot weather the room was very hot , it had a fan and we asked for another fan which we got no problem and it did help a lot ,

Perfect location for King’s Cross. We always drop our bags and get off to enjoy our day. Staff are brilliant, available 24/7. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean, some complimentary treats in the fridge. Everything you need - such good value

This is a great location for a stay in London, being walking distance to the Kings Cross & St. Pancras Station. It's a budget room that is small but adequate. The reception staff were most helpful

Great Staff / Hot rooms.

The hotel was nice / as described. The desk staff was great, as even help bring our backs to our room from storage for us when it was ready for us to check in. The bad thing was the heat. They set two small fans up for us but it wasn't enough. We had two nights in a sweat box, and it had a bad effect on the mood of our group while in London.

Bed comfortable. Location is ideal for access to train, underground, and dining! If you stay in London and are flying out of Heathrow, do not bother with a rental, you will not need it! They also charge by the day to have it there!
