The room was very small very hot as the fan did not work properly and found it very difficult to sleep. Although the weather was hot but expect the fan to be effective but it was not and kept stopping.

The location of the property is convenient to the trains, and the staff was very helpful. Being able to store your luggage before checking in is also a plus. However, stay away from room 15. I think that it was the worst room in the hotel. We had a triple room. I’ve stayed in cruise cabins that are bigger and more comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. We were on the bottom floor with a window that had a view to a nasty courtyard. The beds were confortable but there was no AC, we had to sleep with the fan on. If you can afford upgrading to the suites you will be much happier. Definitely not staying here again, at least not in a room like this one. They did have a nice kitchen with free coffee that was very good. That’s about it.

Great stay for our London trip. Walking distance to King’s Cross train stations. Really friendly staff with excellent recommendations of local restaurants. I would stay again.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. I would use the annexe facility again it was clean, well equipped and ideal for 5 of us. Well done Jesmond Dene!

Property is in convenient location close to Eurostar Pancras station and underground. It has enough good restaurants within walking distance. However it’s not in a major shopping areas. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. But the room is tiny to the level not comfortable.
