Twin room was spacious with large beds. Modern and clean. Felt safe. Was an easy walk from North Acton tube station.

It was ‘OK’ but not brill.

Room is small but comfortable. The WiFi is fast (100mbs) but seemed to turn off around 10/10:30pm. Mobile signal for EE and Three very poor so work has to stop. Not downtime streaming shows on Netflix. Tea and coffee making is in a separate kitchen that my keycard would not open. A kettle and drink sachets would be a simple and well received addition. Overall it was OK and handy for North Acton tube to zip into Shepards Bush for food. North Acton is very light on any eating places.
