AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely awful, we did not stay it was a health hazard. Electric wires exposed in the light switch, ceiling in bathroom hanging down, dirty everywhere, stained pillows, pubes in the bed! Not to mention the stale cigarette smell mixed with damp, door would not unlock. Air con not working and when tired on sounded like a plane in the room. Highly unsafe, unclean and unsanitary

Small but cosy room. Clean towels, milk/tea replaced every day , & bed made properly. Great shower with products if you wanted it. Not very comfy bed.

We stayed here for one night, the location was so convenient to the Eurostar train station where you couldn't beat it to transfer your luggage. It was within walking distance and very easy to get to. The property is outdated, needs a lot of updating. The room was clean and organized and had a lot of amenities but very worn and outdated. The view from the window was excellent to the main street and everything worked great including the air conditioning. The elevator worked perfect but you still needed to climb up the stairs with your luggage, this is something to take into consideration if you are not body able to carry heavy objects on stairs. The only bad thing about this place is the luggage room, it was not well secured and the staff allowed basically people to bring in and out luggage themselves which is not the greatest and most secure idea.

Perfect location if you're traveling via Kings Cross, and of course great for transport links to all of london. And it has air-conditioning, which most of the lower cost london hotels dont - a life saver in summer. Quiet room and a great 3 day stay.

When I first arrived, I was given , as requested, a simple single room. For London it was the small size I expected. My main issue was that the walls were dirty and marked. The electrical outlets didn’t work, and —most alarmingly—there were several areas in the floor where there was no subfloor. This meant that, when you stepped in those areas, your foot would sing three or four inches into the floor. This was in about half the floor. When I complained to the staff, they were very accommodating and moved me to a new room. This new room was absolutely fine. While the staff was very quick and courteous in resolving the issue, I was still appalled that the first room was made available to guests. It wasn’t merely unacceptable; it was dangerous. That aside, I was pleased with the location, cleanliness and attentive staff

Very convenient for an overnight stay across Euston Road from the Kings Cross and St. Pancras train stations. Not fancy, but will suffice if all you want is a place to sleep before onward travel.

It was convienent as it was across the street from St. Pancreas and Kings Cross. It was clean in the room and bed was comfy and clean. The hotel needs big updates especially new carpets in the hallways, very beaten down and a tad smelly. Our room had no safe, but other rooms did. Staff were fine. Our room dis not have carpeting, that was great. If they gave it a little paint and tlc, it would be a good place to stay.

Overall, we had a very good stay here. Even though the hotel is in average condition, our room was kept very clean. The room was not large but had air conditioning, comfy beds, a small fridge, and very good wi-fi. You can get anywhere easily from this location at all times of the day since it is across the street from King's Cross. The staff are responsive and helpful and there is always someone at the front desk. If you are in a room facing King's Cross there is noise, but, except for traffic, it usually tapers off around 11:00 PM. The area is very walkable and there are lots of places to eat and see too. You do need to access some stairs to get to the elevator, so be mindful of that/inquire about assistance.
