Lots of building works opposite, but not much of an issue from that. Room was relatively clean but bed was shocking. Mattress needed replacing a long time ago. Shower was ineffective and lukewarm. Someone was rooting in the storage cupboard opposite the room, noisily, ant 5.30am. Lots of noise from post 11pm check ins too. All on all, apart from the location it was pretty bad.
The pictures look way better than the actual property. Whoever took the pictures needs to be hired to take every places pictures. They don bit line up at all. Try another place first and this as a backup.
We liked the hotel as it was located close to the station, we had a lower ground room which was a little more noisy as we could feel and hear the tube trains,
Terrible stay - phoned up to check if i could have a ground floor room, they agreed. Upon check in they tried to put me on the 4th floor and manager denied any knowledge of agreement. Agreed to go to lower ground floor room after a while of arguing. The "bed" was more of a travel cot style, very uncomfortable and felt everything through the matress. Room and hotel stank of mold and damp. Utilities very noisy and came on randomly throughtout the night, booked for 2 nights, left after 1.
