This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and im an frequent traveler. Upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who performed a friendly and quick check-in.The rest is downhill... got to our room and the bathroom sink was located directly at the front door. On the other side of the wall was a bathtub and toilet, so squished that if you misstep getting out of the shower, you would land directly in the toilet. Tried to get some work done on my laptop and the internet connection was so slow, it took almost 15 minutes just to ipen the internet. Then the TV would not let me connwct to any pf my third party providers such as Prime or Netflix. The connection was so bad it would open a program and lag trying to load forever, forcing me to reatart everytime be ause it would freeze. After calling the front deak swvwral times i was tild the TVs were too new for the internet connwction. This makes no sense and the ultimate result was me being told to wait and eventualt it would work. 3 calls to front desk akd the woman was absolutly terri le

Overall our stay was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean with clean towels and sheets. However, there was some garbage and dust bunnies under the bed.The bed was quite squeaky but I slept alright. The hotel was mostly quiet and I appreciated that they were dog friendly at a more reasonable price than comparables. I would stay again.

It was a pleasure staying here, the staff was lovely, helpful and respectful. There must’ve been a ball tournament going on as there was a great deal of youth here, but it did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the only caveat was the refrigerator was a little too cold. It’s not a 5 star, but if you want a nice place to lay your head…and I won’t hesitate staying again when I’m in London.

The property on a the whole is old and needs updating badly, think late 80's early 90's decor. The room was not cleaned properly as the pervious occupants had left socks in the bathroom. The worst part was that it wasn't until we were packing up to leave that we noticed a bed bug on the outside of the suit case while it sat on the bed. I won't be returning there.

The original room # 121 was a dump, dirty, baseboards coming off, tv didn’t work , bed was terrible. I would never recommend this place to stay!!! Couldn’t even pay me to stay!!!

The Perfect Spot

Our ball team has found their summer home!! I've stayed here in the past and talked the team into trying it out. Folks were worried what it would be like with the insanely affordable pricing, and within 2 hours of arriving the decision was made that we'll stay here each tournament! Not only is it affordable, but clean, has a great outdoor space for us to gather, and Chuck's is right across the road!!! What more could you want!?!? Kesh provided us with exceptional service both checking in (solved my pet issue) and checking out. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, affordable spot in London.
