This was my first time traveling to London and I chose this hotel because it was in a convenient location and the rooms were larger than many other places I could see. It worked out well. The area is very walkable and not too far from tube stations to get anywhere else in town.
I would definitely happily start here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was okay but do expect to make a commute to the more popular areas of London when staying here. Also live construction is happening here currently while we were staying. Not the most pleasant.
Overall a really great hotel in a great location. Really quiet despite being busy & in a busy area. Lovely, helpful staff. Only negative issues - the room was way too hot & using the 'aircon' only seemed to make it worse! Breakfast setup on the last morning (when we were tight for time for a flight) was delayed. Some items missing or finished each day, but these are fairly minor issues and we would certainly stay there again - thanks
Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and helpful, great breakfast buffet, even for vegetarians (3 plant based milk alternatives, veggie saussages,beans,etc…) but vegan option could be more :)
