Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I understand certain things are beyond the owners control. Such as the construction completely consuming the exterior of the whole building. But for the owner to continue advertising this rental with a great view is unethical. If it was worth the effort I’d request a partial refund. Something tells me someone as dishonest as this owner is won’t be in a rush to make it right with disappointment renters.
