The flat consists of:
Living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, TV, dining table with 4 chairs, desk and monitors for work and a fan;
Bedroom with king-size bed, bedside shelves and reading lamps and fan;
Bathroom with large bath and a separate toilet.
Kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven
The building has a secure entry system and elevator.
Central heating, double glazed windows and south facing windows
Deptford is a short walk to the river Thames, 15 minutes walk to Deptford High Street with outdoor market, stores, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and Deptford Rail station.
Greenwich Park and Greenwich village are a short distance away, as well as Bermondsey and London Bridge.
No smoking inside, but you can smoke on the balcony responsibly.
When cooking on the stove, always turn on the extractor fan.
The TV comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other on demand streaming channels, and YouTube. You will need an account to use them.
