CANCELLED OUR BOOKING AT CHECK IN WITHOUT NOTICE

CANCELLED OUR BOOKING WHEN WE CHECKED IN. WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. We arrived at about 3pm to check in but was told that my reservation was cancelled because the hotel was over-booked. We had never received any messages of booking cancelled before check in. We were very desperate as it was the weekend before the bank hoilday and it was difficult to find accommodation with reasonable price. We had to pay extra money to get a place to stay and some pre-booked activities had to be cancelled. What a bad experience!

Great and would recommend!

The apartment was great in terms of the location and the condition itself. Our toilet seat was broken but this didn’t hinder usage of the toilet itself and the utilities were well maintained. The property manager was really friendly and provided all the information requested.

Okay

Stayed just the one night, and the place was fine. When arrived there was no one to check in with but one phone call and they were there in less than a minute. The room itself was clean, but just a few things that could make all the difference. The water pressure for the loo is very weak, there's no holder in the shower, there was no hangers at all in the cupboard.

Apartment reasonably spacious and conveniently located but generally very tired and could do with a good clean. Mould caked around shower, shower only ever a trickle and never gets beyond luke warm, stained linen and carpets with dust and other interesting stuff if you slightly move the furniture.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us room 5 on the ground floor as we had a push chair. Room was a good size with everything we needed including new kitchen area. Short walk to the museums and tube stations with Sainsbury’s and few nice looking restaurants nearby

good to stay with family

It was hottest days when we stayed, and we wanted to use AC, but we found water leakage from AC as it seems drain pipe was not properly arranged. We asked to fix it but it happend again in next day. It was good that it was not so hot after that. Most kitchen tools are arranged and washing machine is equipped. But it does not have dryer function. You can use drying stand.

Oxbridge Stay

Apartment itself was good, with full kitchen. We were provided the suite upon arrival, but unfortunately it was right by the front door. Door would slam shut with loud bang at all hours day and night. There is a large super market across the street, which was extremely convenient. All in all a decent value.

The master bed on the left felt like it collapsed. The shower head was loose and couldnt be tightened and would turn on its own spraying water everywhere.

Experience of Oxbridge Apartments

First time we have stayed here and our overall experience was good. The accommodation itself was very good, although the stairs and landing were in need of some work especially the carpets. We would recommend these apartments and would stay again.

Pleasant stay. Nice sized room which was well equipped. Staff were friendly and immediately at hand to help with any queries I had. There are several restaurant options in the area to cater for all diet types. Also near the museums in South Kensington and a short walk away from Hyde Park.

Oxbridge apartments London

The apartments were easy to find. They are located opposite a large supermarket so it was easy to get all the supplies and also food. It is located in a nice central location with good transport links. The room was clean and well equipped. Check in was quick and easy.

You get what you pay for. Upgrade!

NOT as nice as it appears on the website. Carpet was disgusting in the bedroom, dirty with burn marks and who knows what. We had zero water pressure in the shower/toilet. Wifi? Terrible, very touch and go! They kept locking us out of our room as they were confused about how many nights we were there so daily we were locked out. Kitchen lacked basic kitchen stuff, washing up stuff, towels etc... Not a good experience.
