Unprepared

The property is great but the space was not prepared for guests upon my arrival. We had issues with the cleanliness at first since the cleaning crew wasn't given proper supplies, I did not have towels at all until my 3rd day, and one of my bathrooms was unusable because of a smell coming from the pipes. My issues were resolved by the host sending amazon packages to me and for me to handle or install on my own. While I do appreciate the effort, the place was simply not ready to host.
