Based in pricepoint and proximity to the airport(10 min walk), it meet all my needs and requirements. They have a special for dinner and breakfast for a decent price but the breakfast was a little disappointing. Overall 4.5 based on location and amenities.

Convenient location as you could walk to terminal 4 using covered walkway. Did not purchase breakfast so can’t comment on that. Room was okay but lighting was a bit dim for my liking. Also the toilet is difficult to flush, you need to crank it a few times. The room had a smell of disinfectant or something that I didn’t like. Unfortunately you can’t open the windows so you’re stuck with the air.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had become quite ill while travelling in England and was able to obtain an early check-in at the hotel. Staff was also great about providing me information related to obtaining medical help and arranging for me to be able to take a meal up to my room. Room was great - very clean and comfortable.

The staff were super lovely. Location is great as it’s a quick walk to the airport T4. The bathroom was clean. However, the bedding had stains and hair on it. The headboard is fabric and has obvious “fun times” stains on it. They also vacuumed right in front of my door at 730 am. Overall an ok experience but the cleaning team could use some work.
