The hotel is fairly basic, being a budget hotel, but has many pluses. It is literally 10 minutes walk to Heathrow terminal 4 through a covered and raised walkway. They have very efficient and accomodating staff. And their breakfast is good. It seems clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was fine. Long walk to get to the tube. Room didn’t have enough towels. The room was smaller than it appeared in pictures. Don’t park there. It’s very expensive.

Need as many signs as possible in the terminal 4 airport letting cust know which way to go to get to this hotel that is connected thru long walk tunnel in terminal 4. Was very hard to find or know where to go. Help inside of airport was very litte.....

This hotel is just what I needed for my one night stay in London. Very walkable to Terminal 4. Very clean and comfortable room. Quick check in and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend!

The room that was provided was not throughly clean, and smelt like a mixture of jet fuel and rubber. The breakfast was good but the level of service in the room was disappointing.

This was just 1-night stay close to Heathrow after arriving in UK. We have stayed here before and it is walking close from airport with designated interior walkway from airport. We added on dinner and breakfast and there was plenty of options, and delicious. Our room had no shampoo, but we had our own. Great bed for our sleep - nice and quiet area, and hotel. Very comfortable all around.
