I stayed at the Premier Inn Heathrow for a quick overnight before my flight and it did exactly what I needed—clean, quiet, and convenient. The room was tidy and comfortable, perfect for a few hours of rest and a shower. I especially appreciated that it was within walking distance to the airport terminal, which made catching my flight super easy. The only small downside was that the staff seemed a bit stingy with towels, but other than that, it was a solid and practical stay for a quick airport layover.

The bathroom floor was dirty, there was a shortage of towels and the hair dryer did not work. We did address this with the manager and she told us she would get to the bottom of the issue, she was very nice so we expected the floor to be cleaned but it wasn’t. We did get more towels from the assistant. The room was very small, no place for large luggage and a very small riom that showed much wear. Very disappointing.

The dining room staff are very nice and helpful. Josh was very helpful and very patient with our questions about the dining options. Also the hostess was very helpful about getting us to know what the best option was for us. The hotel was very very quiet and we never heard anything about the airport, excellent air conditioning! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable! We will be back to stay with this hotel in the future!! Thank you for making us feel welcome!

We chose the Premier Hotel at Heathrow for its low price and proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The lobby was chaotic—overcrowded, understaffed, and disorganized, with guests visibly frustrated and long waits at the front desk. Once we finally got to our room, things only got worse. The room was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the furniture looked like it had been around since the early 2010s—worn out, stained, and in desperate need of replacement. Nothing felt fresh or well-maintained. This hotel may be affordable, but it’s not worth the savings. We’ll never stay here again. Spend a bit more and save yourself the stress.

The rooms and hotel itself were really nice. Staff were excellent and very kind to us. They helped us understand the train system and anything else we needed help with. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious. Definitely booking here again the next time we go to London.

So close to perfect

Very convenient stay but check in is a little hectic and confusing. The wait for the elevators was the worst part. There are 4 elevators and were not working which caused a wait. Overall, though, I would stay here again if traveling through Heathrow. The location can’t be beat, service was great, room was comfy & clean, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
