The pick up area for the Terminal 2&3 shuttle is not marked anywhere. Not clear instructions where to wait for pick up.

The rooms and hotel itself were really nice. Staff were excellent and very kind to us. They helped us understand the train system and anything else we needed help with. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and delicious. Definitely booking here again the next time we go to London.

So close to perfect

Very convenient stay but check in is a little hectic and confusing. The wait for the elevators was the worst part. There are 4 elevators and were not working which caused a wait. Overall, though, I would stay here again if traveling through Heathrow. The location can’t be beat, service was great, room was comfy & clean, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Great location, easy access to the terminal 4. Great breakfast. Room is a bit small. Soundproof is great and can't hear any noise from outside. Bed is comfortable.

5/5 – Convenient, Clean, and Perfect for Families We had a great overnight stay at Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4. Check-in was quick and easy — which we really appreciated after a long travel day. The room was ready with an extra bed for our daughter, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal if you're flying in or out of Heathrow. We loved that transport between the hotel and terminals is free for guests staying nearby — super convenient when traveling with a family. Would absolutely stay here again for a hassle-free airport stopover!
