Comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location & short covered walkway to Terminal 4. Liked effective thermostat, which ensured room could be made cool enough. Breakfast was very good! All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, Deepti and Kungku and their colleagues in Thyme restaurant included.

Perfect location for Terminal 4. check out was noon which allowed me to have a relaxing morning before my flight. Costa coffee ideally located near reception so i could pick up a coffee/ pastry for my room.

I only stayed overnight for a layover but my experience was still great. The location is really good because I didn’t even have to go outside. Even though this was located in Terminal 4, when you go through the bridge going inside the airport, you get free transfer via Elizabeth line to other terminals. The room was clean and spacious and good air conditioning. Great stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout hotel and restaurant. Great to get such an early check in after overnight travel. Very reasonable for GBP15. Hotel was quiet during our stay. Beds were super comfortable and shower was great too. Restaurant, bar and coffee shop nice. Rooms basic and a bit dated. Fridge would be good. Easy walk to terminals, buses and trains. Would definitely use again.
