The room itself was in acceptable condition; however, the bed sheets had visible mold marks, which was unacceptable. When we reported this issue, staff offered to change the bed sheets. One staff member delivered clean sheets and left without explaining that someone else would return to replace them. As a result, the issue was not handled in a timely or professional manner.
Additionally, when another staff member entered the room, she accidentally knocked a can off the top of the fridge and left without addressing the situation or informing us.
We stayed for two nights, and after I raised these concerns, we were offered one breakfast as compensation. While this was appreciated, it did not adequately reflect the inconvenience and poor service we experienced.
