The room itself was in acceptable condition; however, the bed sheets had visible mold marks, which was unacceptable. When we reported this issue, staff offered to change the bed sheets. One staff member delivered clean sheets and left without explaining that someone else would return to replace them. As a result, the issue was not handled in a timely or professional manner. Additionally, when another staff member entered the room, she accidentally knocked a can off the top of the fridge and left without addressing the situation or informing us. We stayed for two nights, and after I raised these concerns, we were offered one breakfast as compensation. While this was appreciated, it did not adequately reflect the inconvenience and poor service we experienced.

As Heathrow airport is like a city, staying near the airport for departure was a must. Main attractions of the city are 30-50 away which you need to consider the cost of transportation but in our case it paid off for the access to the airport. Besides of that, we loved the stay. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean and comfy and personnel were great. Recommended.

Prefect for what we needed it for - a close, clean room for a night before our flight. Good deals, helpful staff, clean room and bathroom! Comfy beds. Buffet could have been better - vege sausages were on menu, but not on buffet.

Friendly welcome and easy check-in. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Nice coffee shop to sit and to relax in. Breakfast in the morning was very good. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Everything went smoothly, starting from the check in personnel, super nice and helping, to the room, clean, comfortable and roomy. The only little issue was the room temperature, a little too cold and not responsive to the HVAC system

Paid for a premium room but it felt pretty standard. Coffee machine produced cold coffee. Staff were good. The calamari in the restaurant should be taken off the menu, it was horrible. Otherwise generally good.

Can't really say much as it was just a place to store luggage and sleep during our 20 hour layover. The room, bed, bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels. Soap was provided. The staff had us checked in within 5 minutes of arriving.

Recommended... Cleaned and quiet rooms, scheduled airport bus transportation for a low cost. Could not stay for breakfast as we had an early flight, but im sure it was good as the one in T2.

This hotel is not in the Terminal you must take a taxi to this hotel The way this Hotel is advertised as being in Terminal 5 is very misleading! This should be against the law.
