Overpriced, zero amenities, not even a box of tissue in the room. A horrible location. Everything seems old and dirty. Rooms have the absolute bare essentials.

Stayed here for two nights. The room we had was a handicapped room, and the shower head was a hand held one with no where to clip it in to (that part was broken) so it made showering not the easiest, and I could imagine even harder for someone who was actually handicapped not having a place to rest the shower head. The breakfast / dinner was actually great. We really enjoyed that. The bed was comfortable.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and very good value. Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Highly recommend.

Séjour familial. Nuit en périphérie de Londres avant une journée londonienne. Bon accueil, les membres du staff du restaurant ont été très bien, accueillants et chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive à 21h15. Chambre confortable et silencieuse malgré la proximité de la route. 4 étoiles a cause du parking cher (15 £)
