The room was good, slightly small for three people, but considering we spent time in there just at night, it really wasn’t an issue at all. Staff was very discreet, but helpful. We had breakfast and dinner once at the hotel and the food was good, but mostly fast food style for dinner. The location is superb, connections via bus, train or even by walking were extremely easy. For those flying to Heathrow airport, reaching this hotel couldn’t be easier! Close to shops and restaurants of any kind. We would probably book this hotel again in the future.
Clean and quiet premium room in a great London location. Hotel is close to many transportation and dining options. Close to park areas and a nice pathway system along the Thames.
Property was fine, staff excellent. I did have a problem with parking. On expedia is says some parking. Got to the hotel and there was ZERO parking. This was the number one reason I was staying, parking. They sent me to a parking garage across the way and I had to pay an extra 250 pound to park for the weekend. NOT WORTH IT.
Very poor cleaning
The cleaner left the door open post the so called cleaning - anyone could have stolen our items
The cleaning was bad - stained sheets and towels
The receptionist needs to learn how to pretend to like her job
It was mentioned that the hotel has parking, but when I arrived there was no parking available. Also, regarding the room cleaning — I had to ask at the reception every day for someone to clean the room, and no one informed me that I needed to request it. Usually, this should be done automatically without having to ask.
The room was clean and spacious for a London room. The breakfast was so good. And only 10.99 £. Full bfast eggs sausage n all. The service was great n everyone was helpful. It is a good place to stay.
Awesome hotel. A bit of a long walk down the hallway to our room and it was a little warm at times, but otherwise very nice. There was a ton of space to put and repack luggage which was helpful.
Decent place to stay… but Uber drivers have hard time finding the place. I stayed 4 nights there and breakfast options were exactly the same for 4 days.
Stay at Premier Inn Hammersmith – Friendly Staff and Excellent Breakfast!
I stayed at Premier Inn Hammersmith in July 2025 with my teenage daughter and my 17-year-old son. We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in because of a discrepancy between Expedia's age classification (which considers 17 as a child) and UK hotel policy (where anyone 16+ is considered an adult). This initially caused some confusion at reception, but thankfully, one of the staff members was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue after reviewing our itinerary, which clearly showed the number of guests and their ages.
Once that was sorted, our stay was excellent. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. What really stood out was the breakfast – a hot buffet with a great variety of options, all well prepared and regularly replenished. It was definitely worth including in the booking.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay again. The location is convenient only 5 min walk to underground metro.

The Continental Breakfast was very poor 8.95 per person No cheese Ham salami Boiled eggs. The staff were great . We asked for the room too be cleaned and wasn't. the beds were not changed either. Shopping was Ok in the near . Hotel was very close too the Hammersmith Underground very easy too get anywhere in London
Expedia advertised this hotel as having parking but it does not! There is not even a place to drive up and unload luggage. The staff and manager were so uninterested and unhelpful in helping us figure out where to park our car. The parking we did find was so expensive and took us hours to figure out. In general the staff are not helpful:(
The only good thing was the location near Hammersmith station but we will never stay here again.
