The common areas of the property were worn and dirty. Tons of stains on carpets. The Free WiFi barely worked in the common areas but certainly did NOT work in our room. We paid for the upgraded WiFi and that barely worked in our room. The “hot” breakfast food was cold. The “steamed” latte was about room temperature.

We stay just for a night, but the welcome was excellent, the location is so convenient for a layover very close to the airport and also with a service of a shuttle and the rooms have all that we need to rest for a night. Very recommended!

Very convenient for Heathrow, thankfully has a/c. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and having a restaurant is a plus, given the location. Low points: the selection in the bar was feeble, (beer, gin, whiskey very limited). Why do they charge for a shuttle to the airport? Some clearer information about transportation CHOICES in the lobby, rather than all the bumff on the shuttle. (The bus costs way less and is quicker, fyi).
