The room was too small for 4 people
There where not enought closets
No space to store the suitcases
No person existed at the reception any time.
The staff was limited and some of the them at the restaurant were rude.
If you want to have your room cleaned you need to fill in a request with the non existent personnel at the reception. They ignore the label at the door "please make my room"
No early check in available because the person at the counter said they don't have enough housekeepers today. She was a bit surly but was not there when returned to check in. Room with mold. Shower head had been over spraying onto the molding for a long time as the wall and baseboard were severely damaged. I requested a repair and maintenance came and replaced the shower head. It shouldn't be up to the guests t report long standing problems. Isn't there a preventative maintenance program? Window sill also very wet from condensation and soaked rug. I covered it with a towel but there was mold on window sill with odor, really noticeable by the 3rd day. Maintenance staff said they would address the issues after I checked out. As for the restaurant, I went down to have dinner once. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. There were only three tables with a total of about 7 customers. I asked why is there a wait when the restaurant is practically empty. I was told there was not enough help. When I got seated, my server was the person from the reception desk who had checked me in. She was kind and gracious but it's obvious she is over worked. My food was good but it took 2 hours for me to have a meal of burger and fries. I have stayed at several Premier Inns in the UK and Germany. This was the worst.
The room was in poor condition. Tape on furniture to hold it together. Washroom mdf was delaminated and swollen from water. Room did not match the pictures
Esperienza veramente terrificante. Non auguro a nessuno una vacanza così. Stanza con la muffa. Nessuna assistenza da parte di Expedia che si vanta di avere un servizio h24, ma così non è. Scortesia del personale.

Quartier agréable avec des restaurants et des commerces à proximité très bien.
La literie était bien, de très bonnes nuits. La pomme de douche fuyait et la vmc ne fonctionnait pas très bien. À notre arrivée il ne faisait pas très chaud dans la chambre, malgré le chauffage mis fort. Cela s’est arrangé par la suite. Nous avons également constaté de l’eau au niveau de la fenêtre (condensation ?).
Malerarbejde ikke færdiggjort. Handicap udstyr på toilet/bad der ikke kunne foldes væk. Dårlig finish på diverse vedligehold. Huller i håndkæder.
Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og venlige men hotellet bærer præg af at være meget brugt.
Vi skiftede hotel.

Stor pluss er beliggenhet, nær Holborn og Tottenham med direkte linje til flyplass (Heathrow). Gode madrasser - vi har sovet godt. Vi bestilte familierom - barna har fått godteri på rommet ved innsjekk. Stor matbutikk i nærheten. Ok frokost. Vi har hatt rom i 0-etasje - støy og innsyn fra gata. Dårlig ventilasjon - for varmt og klamt på rommet, fuktig på badet.
Ottima soluzione per visitare Londra. Camera familiare grande per tre persone, colazione molto british ma anche con un reparto dolce. Buon cappuccino.
La posizione é a 10 minuti dalla stazione della metro Holborn. A piedi è possibile raggiungere anche Covent Garden e Russell Square.

Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und zusammen mit der guten Lage in der Nähe des British Museums das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Zimmer 227 hat die besten Tage hinter sich und wies Schimmel am Fensterbrett, abblätternde Farbe auf. Die Handtücher waren fleckig und haben verbrannt gerochen. Das Frühstück war allergikerfreundlich - auf Wunsch wurde glutenfreies Brot gebracht - abgesehen von Champignons und Tomaten gab es jedoch keinerlei Gemüse, auch Käse suchten wir vergeblich. Room Service gibt es nur auf Wunsch.
